1. If I cannot attend AYIMUN, can I get a refund?

No registration fee is entitled a refund. This is because we have already paid for a lot of our venues based on the number of people that already paid. However, if you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances that met with the Terms and Conditions we can consider the refund. (for Terms and Conditions for refund please click here)

2. If I get hurt or my belongings gets lost or damaged at AYIMUN, who is responsible?

While we do our utmost to ensure AYIMUN runs smoothly, we cannot guarantee to have your lost items/belongings. We can keep the items/belongings that are founded by our committees, but outside of our reach is your responsibility to keep your values safe. If you are sick or injured during AYIMUN our delegates relations team will help you to provide your medicine. However, it is wiser to bring your personal medicine.

3. Do you take photographs at AYIMUN, can we have official documentation during AYIMUN?

We do take photographs and video footage at AYIMUN, you can get the official documentations at maximum 7 days after AYIMUN end. By applying as delegates in AYIMUN, you agree that having your photograph taken and license to use your image or video for publicity and promotion of AYIMUN and future conference. We will not sell or license the documentaries to 3rd parties for commercial purposes.If you are having a problem of your photos or videos included in our official publicity or publication you can email us at: [email protected]

4. Do you cover my flight?

The flight ticket is not included in the program fee. However, you can get 25% off by using our referral code from our airline partners.

5. I need supporting documents for Visa, where can I get it?

For Invitation Letter for Visa Application, you can send your scanned copy of passport and your institution name to [email protected]If you need permission letter, LoA or Statement Letter for your University or Sponsor you also can request it to [email protected]

6. Do I need to pay for participating in this event?

Yes, you need. Comparing to the facilities you’ll get, let’s put the payment as part of the infestation. Generally, we have 2 types of payment based on the facilities we offered, which are full accommodation and non accommodation.

7. What kind of companies/organizations I can reach to get sponsorship?

Most of every big company has arranged budget for education needs and other social activities, usually called as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), especially in Indonesia. It should be allocated and usually education/college students are on the list.

8. My parents asked me who is the top authority and name of him/her plus his/her contact
