AYIMUN aims to engage youth leaders from all over the world and to provide a platform to share perspectives in opinions with the theme “Human security agenda in the globalized world”

DELEGATES REQUIREMENTS
As we mentioned before, this event is exclusively for those who passed our strict screening process.

Single
You choose to register individually. You’ll become an independent delegate, conquering the floor like a mighty warrior you are. How incredible, right?
OR

Group
You choose to register in group consists of 5– 15 members. You’ll join forces with remarkable people, trying to solve global issues. Follow group terms
OR

Observer
You choose to register as Observer. This applies for anyone over age 25 or below 17 (minimum 14 for non malaysian and 13 for malaysian). You join this conference to survey, not taking part. Follow observer terms.

SERIES OF ACTIVITIES

Opening Ceremony
There will be an amazing opening ceremony from AYIMUN 2019. Delegates will be warmly welcomed in Asia Youth International Model United Nations.

Grand Symposium
AYIMUN 2019 provides grand symposium with the theme “Human Security Agenda in The Globalized World” which will be conducted by outstanding speakers that will discuss recent international issues regarding the topic in each council.

Diplomatic Dinner
AYIMUN 2019 provides MUN 101 and Zero Conference before the committee sessions start, in order for the delegates to learn how MUN works and to understand the Rules of Procedure deeper. This MUN 101 and Zero Conference will be assisted by our Board of Dais. They will explain and teach the delegates step-by-step procedure of the MUN and they will be discussing fun topics in the Zero Conference.

Meeting Session
Delegates will be assigned as representatives of a country on each council that have chosen by delegates to discuss the particular topic in their council. Delegates will be moderated by Board of Directors during the committee session.

Cultural Night
AYIMUN 2019 will provide cultural party night as a closing ceremony that will be shown by delegates from their own country of origin.
